What to expect at a Boardwave dinner
The secret sauce to a really great networking dinner is the calibre of people you meet, the quality of the discussion, which is interesting and thought-provoking and finally the dining experience, whether it's at a smart venue, or Michelin Star restaurant. If you bring all these things together everyone has a great time, learns a little and meets new friends and colleagues.
Will AI replace human creativity?
Undoubtedly, AI has the power to transform society and to automate the mundane, but will it also replace characteristics that make each of us uniquely human?
Qualities like empathy and creativity have always been considered to be beyond the grasp of machines. However, with screenwriters strikes, lawsuits over deepfakes, and new AI models, recent advances lead us to question whether one day soon AI really could replace human creativity.
Join us for a very special VIP dinner, as we debate this very question. Our opening address comes from Ajaz Ahmed, Founder and CEO of AKQA, the ideas and innovation company he founded n 1994 at the age of 21. He has since lead the business through every stage of its growth, creating one of the world’s most prominent creative design and digital innovation companies. With 6,000 colleagues around the world, AKQA does ground breaking work for the likes of IBM, TikTok, Nike & Coca-Cola. Ajaz is also a best selling author, most notably with his book “Velocity” in which he presents seven timeless new laws for business in a world gone digital.
Following further discussion and debate over dinner, our expert panel will convene to consider AI valuations and where we are in the hype cycle.
