Paul Smith is Chief Commercial Officer at ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW).

 

He is responsible for leading the global sales organization – including sales, pre-sales, sales enablement, and global operations – and driving all resources to help solve the challenges of any customer at the CxO level.

 

Prior to ServiceNow, Paul held senior leadership positions at Salesforce, Microsoft, and Proctor and Gamble.
