ActivumSG Ventures is the venture investing arm of ActivumSG. We invest in early stage companies innovating in the built environment, including proptech, contech, climatech, smart cities, and tech related to hospitality, experiential retail and storage & logistics. ActivumSG is a European real estate private equity fund founded in 2007, that has invested €2.5bn of equity in real estate assets and related businesses, has a €2bn annual development pipeline across the platforms it owns and has invested in, and a team based in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, UK and Denmark. It was founded by industry veteran, Saul Goldstein, who had previously launched and run Cerberus’ European real estate businesses.
