Not a member? Start here

There's a seat for you on 17 September.

Boardwave Live is free for founders and CEOs of European tech and AI businesses, whether or not you're a member. No exhibition hall, no sales pitches, nobody working the room for leads.

Membership is free. There's no joining fee, and nothing to renew each year. Boardwave Live is free for members too, so there's no ticket to buy and no better tier we're holding back.  Every penny of Boardwave's profit goes to Cure Parkinson's.

It's built for the people who actually run the company. Founders, co-founders, CEOs, chairs and non-executive directors of European software and AI businesses, at any stage from pre-revenue to €200m ARR. If the hard calls on hiring, funding and where AI fits land on your desk, this is your room.

Free to attend. This starts your Boardwave membership, which is also free. We review every request, so keep an eye out for an email from the Boardwave team confirming your place. We'll invite you to complete the rest of your profile later.

We ask the above questions so we can tailor your expeirience. It's part of the membership criteria, and it's how we match you to the right people and sessions. Every stage is welcome, from pre-revenue upwards.

You don't need to be a Boardwave member to request your place, and we'll follow up afterwards with details on applying for membership, which is also free. We'll email you about Boardwave Live 2026 and occasionally other Boardwave events, and you can unsubscribe any time. Privacy policy.

What the day looks like

Three acts, from breakfast at eight through to networking drinks at nine in the evening.

ACT ONE

The proof

How far European tech has actually come, told by the people who built it. Bernard Liautaud on the next ten years, and founders who have been part of the Boardwave story since the start.

ACT TWO

The build

AI-native founders scaling into categories that didn't exist two years ago, and established companies rebuilding on the fly. Plus quantum computing, built in Finland.

ACT THREE

What comes next

Including the harder question of whether Europe gets to keep what it creates. Tech sovereignty, regulation and public markets, with the London Stock Exchange and EU Inc.

Mentoring Day - 16th September

Interested in mentoring?

Boardwave also runs a mentoring programme one day before the main event. It's for founders and CEOs running businesses with an ARR of €10–100m, matched with people who have already been where they're going, filtered by stage, sector and whatever you're actually stuck on.

Some of it is one to one, starting with a 30 minute conversation to see whether you get on. Some of it is peer groups of no more than eight CEOs who meet through the year. There's no extra cost.

Say yes on the form and we'll send you the details.

Why it's free

Boardwave has never charged its members anything, not to join and not to attend. Membership and access to all our programmes are free for founders, CEOs, NEDs and Chairs of European tech and AI businesses. Our partners fund the whole thing, so there are no ticket sales to hit, no exhibition stands to fill and no sales teams waiting to corner you.

Every penny of Boardwave's profit goes to Cure Parkinson's. Which means no membership fee, no ticket price, and no upsell coming later. That's the Boardwave way.
