He knows what the role takes out of a CEO because he has spent ten years alongside those doing it.

Astrid Warren is a global HR executive, transformation leader, and founder of Degree23. With over two decades of experience leading organizational change across emerging and mature markets, she is known for combining strategic precision with empathy, humor, and a deep conviction that HR should be a true engine of business performance.

Astrid began her career at Standard Bank in South Africa, before joining Microsoft, where she spent a decade scaling HR capabilities across the Middle East and Africa, eventually serving as HR Director for the South African subsidiary. She later served as Global CHRO at SITA, leading a major business model transformation, and as Chief People Officer at IDEMIA, where she unified HR across 60+ countries to support a strategic sale.

Céline Fressonet is Founder of Co & Dir and a leadership lecturer at HEC Paris Business School for the past 14 years. She brings over 20 years of professional and team management experience. She built her entire career within international companies, holding positions including Marketing Director, Sales Director, and ultimately General Manager of a Business Unit.

In 2009, after six years leading Mars Drinks France—where she implemented effective employee engagement and development policies while driving a genuine transformation toward profitability—she decided to share her expertise and experience with others. Since then, she has advised companies seeking to support their leaders in achieving peak performance, finding meaning in their careers, and engaging their teams around a shared purpose and a co-built strategic roadmap.

Beyond her consulting work, Céline teaches leadership as part of the Executive MBA programme and delivers custom executive education at HEC Paris.

Nathalie du Preez is a People Leader and Executive Coach to founders and senior operators in high-growth companies, helping leadership teams build the structures, talent, and decision-making needed to move from early traction to scalable execution. Joss Duggan is a twice-exited founder and CEO who has spent his career building and scaling technology businesses. He most recently built and ran Practi, a healthcare fintech created from the ground up with the Simplyhealth Group, a business that merged with Denplan in 2025. Before that he co-founded ComparaMejor, Colombia's leading price comparison platform, growing its acquisition by a strategic buyer in 2018, and he led enterprise-wide transformation in AI and Agile across GlaxoSmithKline.

Joss’s strengths sit across product strategy, commercial growth and the leadership of teams through change. Through his consultancy, Arcturus Ventures, he now advises PE funds, management teams, and coaches senior leaders, and he writes on philosophy and business at Plato in the Boardroom.

Ian Walker has held leadership positions in organisations as diverse as Cisco, Time Warner and Nike, spending his earlier career in business roles before transitioning into the L & D space at Salesforce. His experience stretches from Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Services to Coaching, Mentoring and Team Development.

He has a Master’s degree from Oxford University and has lived and worked in Amsterdam, Portland OR & Tokyo before settling in London.
