Rob Elkin is the co-founder of Rational Partners and a technology leader whose career spans CTO and senior engineering roles across consumer technology, edtech, and mobile - from leading technology and product for the world's largest social language learning network at Busuu to running cross-functional engineering, product, and UX teams of 80 across the UK business at Just Eat.

He is a leader in the AI space, giving talks on the future of AI and its implementation within businesses, and coaching large development teams on their adoption of AI tools. The Rational team, via their Mindstone partnership, have delivered AI enabled engineering training to over 1800 engineers globally, allowing teams to unlock the capabilities of AI in revolutionising their engineering processes and Mindset.

Islam is an experienced data and growth strategy expert, with a proven track record of delivering impact across various sectors. He’s led data science, analytics and consulting teams for over 7 years within both advisory and B2B tech. At Cruxy, Islam leads Product, owning the roadmap and driving end-to-end product development. Over the past year, he has shaped Cortex's product strategy and delivery, aligning innovation closely with client needs. Alongside accelerating product development, he continues to lead client engagements, ensuring strong integration between commercial insight and platform evolution.

Jack’s medical career spans 25 years as a physician and extreme environments researcher, with an academic interest in computational modelling for predicting and improving public health. He is Founder and CEO of WellFounded Health, the world’s first health service dedicated to founders, CEOs and their investors globally, born out of the Centre for Health and Human Performance, which Jack founded in London in 2007. Jack has a parallel life as a tech entrepreneur – since 1999 he has been innovating in the space of human health, performance and flourishing for the workplace, extreme environments and clinical settings. His credentials include: veteran healthtech founder, investor and advisor in US and UK health/biotech – Mosaic Ventures (Venture Partner), Founders Forum Healthtech (Co-Founder & Chair), Headspace (First Advisor), CIGNA Vielife (founding team, product owner) and led several expeditions in healthcare, including Klarismo (affordable MRI), Certific (self-directed healthcare), and Sentrian (remote patient monitoring AI).
