We’re inviting you to take part in something completely different: a Boardwave Polar Expedition Leadership Challenge in Norway, taking place 28th February – 5th March 2026.
Hosted by our partner WellFounded, alongside expert polar guides and Dr. Jack Kreindler (from Boardwave Live 2024 & 2025), this unique adventure combines resilience, leadership, and team bonding in one of Europe’s most remote and stunning landscapes.
The highlight of the experience is a 3-day ski-touring expedition across the Hardangervidda plateau, with a base at the legendary Finse Hotel - famous as the training ground for Amundsen before his South Pole expedition.
You’ll join a small, curated group of fellow Scaling Boardwave members, making this as much about shared insight and connection as it is about the adventure itself.
This is your chance to unplug, challenge yourself, and gain new perspectives on leadership and collaboration in an extraordinary environment.
