AI is rapidly reshaping how technology companies grow, compete and create value, but for CEOs the real challenge is turning AI from experimentation into measurable commercial impact.

This intimate dinner brings together a group of experienced technology CEOs who are actively leading transformation inside PE-backed businesses. From modernising go-to-market engines and embedding AI into products and operations, to driving efficiency at scale and navigating investor expectations, the discussion will focus on the realities of building growth in today’s AI-driven market.

Drawing on experience leading international technology companies through scale-up and operational transformation, our speakers Nickyl Raithatha, Sven Mulder and Robert Klaffus will share practical lessons and honest perspectives on what is actually working inside PE-backed environments and where the biggest opportunities lie.

Key themes:

  • How leading technology CEOs are using AI to drive topline growth and operational leverage
  • The shift from operator-led growth to AI-enabled operating models
  • Practical lessons from implementing agentic AI across products, teams and workflows
  • Building commercial excellence in increasingly competitive markets
  • What PE investors are prioritising in value creation today
  • Balancing product innovation with operational discipline and execution
  • How leadership teams scale efficiently without losing momentum
