Lucy has spent three years as Chief Marketing Officer at Erevena. Erevena is a global executive search firm that helps high-growth, innovative companies identify and recruit Board and C-suite executives and assist them in building their teams.
They work with some of the fastest-growing companies in the world, from early-stage through growth and to exit, and with the VCs and Private Equity firms that back them. They also help recruit executives for publicly-traded companies undergoing transformation.
Lucy has over 25 years’ experience in marketing high-growth software companies and has been involved in periods of rapid growth in the early days of Oracle, Siebel Systems and Salesforce.
Her previous role was VP Marketing at Invenias, backed by MMC Ventures, where she was instrumental in growing the business to over 1,000 customers and profitability, culminating in the successful exit to Insight Partners.
