Sian is Chief Executive Officer and founder of Correla Limited, a SaaS and technology managed services company.
Correla is a leading provider of energy sector SaaS products, helping companies better manage their data, workflows and decisions as they undertake the complex task of decarbonising the energy sector and beyond.
And Correla manages some of the energy sectors largest technology and business process outsource contracts, proudly underpinned and evidenced year after year by our promise to improve the satisfaction of our clients’ end users, during every outsource contract period.
Sian founded Correla with the ambition to introduce product and service innovation, into the centre of the energy market. Correla is backed by Northedge Capital, a Manchester based mid-market Private Equity fund.
Prior to founding Correla, Sian held a number of senior positions at BT, Clarks and Accenture.
Most notably, Sian was responsible for BT’s wholesale broadband portfolio, doubling the speed and coverage of broadband availability in the UK during her tenure.
Sian is also the non-executive Chair of Electron, a Series A energy flexibility platform. Sian was previously the Deputy Chair of the UK Statistics Authority which oversees the Office of National Statistics and the Office of Statistics Regulation.
Alongside a background in software engineering and AI, Sian’s main area of specialism is how to bring new disruptive models to market, and how to deliver significant pan-industry transformation, where culture, operating model and customer dimensions must all transform in parallel.
Sian studied Artificial Intelligence at Sussex University and management at Harvard Business School.
