Abakar Saidov is Co-Founder and CEO of Beamery, the leading Talent Lifecycle Management platform.
Abakar leads Beamery’s mission to create equal access to work, skills and careers and unlocking the potential of the global workforce.
Prior to Beamery, Abakar worked at Goldman Sachs and Francisco Partners.
His other interests are in climate change technology, robotics, behavioural psychology, development economics and education reform, as well as cycling, weight lifting and snowboarding.
He lives in London with his wife and daughter and they have a dog called Siri.
