Florian is the Founder and CEO of cleversoft, a leading provider of cloud-based RegTech solutions for the financial industry. Before studying business administration and electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, he founded Verinform Inc. in the USA and Dakoko Import & Export in China. In 1999, he founded the start-up company Clever Software Solutions, which laid the foundation for today's cleversoft Group.
With a consistent buy and build strategy, cleversoft has matured over the last 2 decades to become a leading expert in the full range of regulatory compliance, data management and automated reporting. In addition, Florian acquired 4 local champions for the cleversoft group and accompanied their successful integration as managing director and leading strategist.
