Rajeeb Dey MBE is the Founder & CEO of Learnerbly — an award-winning Performance Enablement Platform. With Learnerbly, high-growth companies can ensure their employees have the knowledge required to achieve business goals with curated content from over 250 providers including coaches, online courses, articles, videos, and books. Teams across 107 countries from companies like IDEO, GoCardless, CircleCI, King.com, Bazaarvoice, and HelloFresh use Learnerbly to perform at their best, grow in their roles, and contribute to the success of the business.
Prior to this, Rajeeb founded Enternships, a portal connecting students and graduates to roles in over 7000 fast-growing businesses. He is also the Co-Founder of StartUp Britain, a national entrepreneurship campaign launched by Prime Minister David Cameron in 2011, and served as Trustee of UnLtd, the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs for over 10 years.
He was recognised as the world’s youngest Young Global Leader (at 26) by the World Economic Forum in 2012, received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion in 2013, and was appointed Member of the British Empire (MBE) for Services to Entrepreneurship in 2016.
