Sabine Bendiek

Her specific interest and passion has always been leading organizations through significant transformations and scaling to succeed. She’s also added experience and perspective spending time as at McKinsey& Company where she supported clients in their digital transformation and as a Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital, investing in and building early stage technology companies. Most recently, she has served as Executive Board Member responsible for People and Operations (CPO & COO) at SAP SE, leading SAP’s people, commercial, process and systems infrastructure transformation.

Prior to this she was Managing Director and Corporate Vice President for Germany at Microsoft, Inc., leading through the region’s successful transformation towards cloud and AI. After stepping down from her operational duties at SAP SE on Dec 31, 2023, she has started working to support technology companies across the spectrum of Venture Capital, Growth and Private Equity Investments, working as Fund Advisor and Independent Board Member. As a Board Member, she serves on the boards of publicly listed automotive and industry supplier Schaeffler AG, privately held energy solutions provider Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems, as well as enterprise Open Source solution provider SUSE AG and Hongkong-based Business Services provider Vistra. She holds a BA diploma in Economics from DHBW Mannheim/ Germany and a MSc from MIT, Massachusetts/U.S.A.
