Vin Murria, OBE

Vin was the founder and CEO of Advanced Computer Software Group plc a healthcare consolidator which was acquired by Vista PE in 2015, and then again by Vista and BC Partners in 2019, and the Founder and CEO of Computer Software Group (Business and Legal Software consolidation) acquired by Hellman Friedman in 2007. Prior to that she was COO at Kewill Systems (Manufacturing and Logistics Software) acquired by Francisco Partners and now known as Bluejay. She has more than 30 years of experience in the software sector. She is currently a Non-executive director of Softcat plc (FTSE 250), Bunzl plc (FTSE 100), and Chair ADVT, an advisor/investor in HG Capital, and an advisor to the Rothschilds on TMT.

Previous directorships have included serving as Non Executive Director at Sophos Group plc, Zoopla Property Group plc, Silicon Valley Bank (UK) and Deputy Chair at Digital Media focused M&C Saatchi and Chime Plc.

Vin holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration (Hon). Vin became an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in 2018 for her services to Technology and the empowerment of women in the sector.

Vin is the founder of the PS Foundation, a charity setup to support the education of women and children in poverty, Patron of Shivia, a charity that support 15000 women start their own micro businesses, an Ambassador for the Princes Trust and an Ambassador for Outward Bound.
