
Steve Garnett
Dr. Steve Garnett has had one of the most distinguished careers of any European executive in the software industry.
He has been a member of the executive management team of three software startups that have each turned into some of the most successful software companies in history.
He started his career at Oracle Corporation in 1986 before joining Siebel Systems in 1996 and in 2003 Steve joined Salesforce to head Europe. He was part of the executive team in all three companies.
Steve was Chairman and founding investor in Fairsail, a cloud software HCM company, which was sold to the Sage Group in March 2017 for $150m and he now manages his own portfolio of investments in a variety of high growth software and service companies.
Steve has a degree in mathematics, a doctorate in theoretical physics from the University of Manchester and holds a number of professional affiliations and board positions.
He was also named as one of the 50 most influential Britons in technology in a Daily Telegraph survey.
