SuperScalers

The SuperScalers is a peer-to-peer community and platform for underrepresented founders who want to SuperScale. We aim to collapse the time it takes to SuperScale by helping founders navigate a complex system that wasn’t built for them.

Our mission is to have more SuperScalers from all backgrounds - enabling everyone, everywhere to SuperScale.

Size, scale, and a strong voice are essential for getting a seat at the table where decisions are made. Diverse representation at the table drives better, fairer opportunities. For entrepreneurs generating more than £1 million in revenue and aiming to scale beyond £50 million, SuperScalers is a community where founders gain access to a network designed to support that ambition. There are currently 80 female SuperScalers in the UK. By 2030, we aim to double this number.

Whether nearing the £1 million mark, or already scaling, as a SuperScalers member, founders gain access to exclusive events, networking opportunities and a strong, peer-focused network driving SuperScaling beyond £50 million.
