Angie Gifford

Angie is a senior business executive with over 30 years of experience across digital platforms, advertising technology, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and AI.
Most recently, she served as Vice President for Meta in EMEA and established herself as a recognized thought leader on digital transformation.
Prior to Meta, Angie held senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and spent over 20 years at Microsoft, including as a member of the Germany executive board, where she built new growth engines and go-to-market strategies across Europe.
In the wider industry, Angie has extensive supervisory board experience, currently serving on the boards of Thyssenkrupp and the LSE German Chapter.
She previously held supervisory board positions at TUI, Rothschild & Co., and ProSiebenSat.1 Media. Angie is a recognized thought leader in EU policy, particularly digital regulation and AI ethics.
