Peter is Chairman of Hg-backed Focus Group. Peter is the former CEO of Ethixbase, the market leading third party risk management platform underpinned by robust due diligence and automated workflows for anti-bribery and corruption, modern slavery and ESG. Before this, he was the Group CEO and board member of technology services group Content+Cloud, part of the Goldman Sachs Private Equity backed Advania Group.
Peter led Content+Cloud group since 2014, scaling the business through two rounds of PE ownership, standing at over £100m turnover, with 1,000 employees across 7 locations in the UK & Cape Town, South Africa. Content+Cloud became part of leading Nordics IT services provider, the Advania group, in December 2021. Peter is an M&A lawyer and investment banker by background and was previously Senior Technology Adviser to the UK CIO within the HM Cabinet Office.
