Founded Armstrong Consultants in 1993 who were subsequently acquired by Access in 2008 and appointed CEO of The Access Group in 2011.
I have led each private equity investment round resulting in Access becoming one of the largest and fastest growing UK headquartered SaaS software companies with global expansion into Asia Pacific.
My role at Access as CEO is to drive not only the results and our vision for revolutionising business software for mid-market organisations, but also to inspire and lead our Access people as we grow globally.
We now have more than 5,500 employees and we have a culture where we energise people across the Group to strive for excellence and innovation, but also to have fun and work together like a family.
