Federico Leproux
CEO, TeamSystem Group
Federico Leproux is the Chief Executive Officer of TeamSystem, the Italian tech company leading the market of the digital transformation and serving a diverse base of over 1.7 million customers.
Under his leadership, TeamSystem has increased its revenues from 78M Euro to over 650M Euro, and Ebitda from 30M to over 220M.
During his 15 years at TeamSytem Federico has had the chance to work with several Private Equity funds as key shareholders, such as Bain Capital, HG Capital and since 2015 he and his management team successfully partnered with H&F.
Mr. Leproux holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering at La Sapienza University in Rome
Previously to TeamSystem he worked at McKinsey & Co., Bain & Co., Procter & Gamble.
He is married and as a young man he was a successful rowing athlete, becoming several times Italian National Champion and World Jr Champion in 1988.
