Prior Fair HQ she co-founded a company improving the gender pay gap and inequity in companies such as Spotify, PWC, Deloitte and Dell. Before that, she was serving in leadership positions in tech companies in Silicon Valley, London and Berlin. She has a master's degree in economics & international relations.
